An early model of the Health Check app would typically carry up faulty outcomes that will state a PC wasn’t eligible to improve to Windows 11, when actually it was. This was attributed to a TPM problem with Microsoft requiring TPM 2.0 to ensure that PCs to be eligible, even when your PC's specs had been up to scratch.
Up till the app refresh, a separate open-source app referred to as '(*11*)WhyNotWin11' was created and supplied way more system data concerning the improve necessities, doubtless as a result of the early Microsoft's PC Health Check app was inconsistent with why some new, highly effective PCs and laptops apparently would not assist Windows 11.
