Bharti Airtel Signs Deal With Juniper Networks To Expand Broadband Network Coverage

Juniper Networks on Wednesday introduced that it has been chosen by Bharti Airtel (Airtel) to ship community upgrades for the enlargement of Airtel's nationwide broadband protection throughout India.Airtel has expanded its Fibre-to-the-Home broadband protection to over 430 cities with plans of masking 30 million households in over 2,000 cities within the subsequent three years."In support of this increased nationwide penetration into many previously underserved cities and markets, the latest network upgrades build on the strong long-term relationship between Airtel and Juniper Networks," a Juniper Networks assertion mentioned.As a part of the deal, Juniper Networks will provide, set up and supply help for upgrades to the MX Series routers and line playing cards as a part of its broadband community gateway to handle their subscribers and companies, in addition to carrier-grade NAT (CGNAT) options to make sure safe encryption throughout the community respectively, it was said.
