This is, after all, solely going to salt the injuries for a lot of people who find themselves ineligible to run the brand new OS, so what is Microsoft gaining by excluding such a big share of its present Windows userbase?
There are just a few assumptions we are able to make, with the obvious being that Microsoft desires to encourage individuals to improve their techniques and transfer away from older {hardware}. Staying on high of newer {hardware} is smart in concept, however in the true world, PCs and laptop computer units are a really costly buy, and only a few households or companies can afford to substitute their tech each 2-3 years.
And then there's the safety argument. Microsft truly made an official submit on the Windows Insider weblog that defined its reasoning for having such excessive minimal system necessities, stating that "We need a minimum system requirement that enables us to adapt software and hardware to keep pace with people’s expectations, needs and harness the true value and power of the PC to deliver the best experiences, now and in the future".

The causes are sound, however no matter how justified Microsoft is for prioritizing the safety of Windows 11, that will not assist the massive p.c of present Windows 10 users who do not meet the {hardware} necessities to make the improve.
