HC adjourns hearing on bail plea of Aryan Khan, Judge says 'Tomorrow we will try to finish it'

Bombay High Court on Wednesday (October 27) adjourned the hearing on the bail software of Aryan Khan, Munmun Dhamecha and Arbaaz Seth Merchantt, in reference to the medication on cruise case, until October 28. "The arguments of lawyers of accused number 1, 2 and 3 have concluded today. The hearing is scheduled for 3 pm tomorrow for further arguments," Munmun Dhamecha's lawyer Kaashif Khan Deshmukh advised the media after the conclusion of the hearing at the moment.

Following the conclusion of the arguments introduced by legal professionals of the three accused, Additional Solicitor General of India (ASG) Anil Singh, who's representing the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB), will reply to their arguments within the courtroom tomorrow. After the hearing which went on for over two hours, Justice Sambre stated he would hear Anil Singh on Thursday. "Tomorrow we will try to finish it," the decide stated. 

Following this, Aryan Khan moved a bail software within the Bombay High Court towards the NDPS courtroom order on his bail rejection.
