Tigress ‘Sultana’ Hunts Down Stray Dog in Front of Tourists in Rajasthan’s Ranthambore National Park (Watch Video)

Jaipur, December 28: A video of a tigress pouncing on and dragging away a canine, near a fleet of vacationer autos in Rajasthan's Ranthambore nationwide park, has gone viral on social media. The video exhibits a tigress, named Sultana, looking a canine inside Zone 1 of the nationwide park on Monday morning. The video exhibits the stray canine roaming close to the safari autos however quickly the tigress comes, pounces upon the canine, and drags it into bushes close by. Wildlife Conservation Trust CEO and wildlife photographer Anish Andheria, in a tweet, mentioned: "Tiger kills dog inside R'bhore. In doing so it is exposing itself to deadly diseases such as canine distemper that can decimate a tiger population in no time. Dogs have emerged as a big threat to wildlife. Their presence inside sanctuaries needs to be controlled." The video has garnered over 43,000 views because it was posted on Twitter a day in the past.
