"Praise be to God, we've plenty of kindness and mercy amongst us, such that doesn't even exist in a household. In addition, for a few years, we've suffered and given sacrifices, in order to finish occupation. That is neither for energy nor for place."

Baradar said he had been on a trip outside Kabul without access to the media to refute the claim. "Therefore, we guarantee the Afghan nation and all senior and junior Mujahideen, to not fear in any respect, neither is there something to fret about," he added.

Baradar was also asked why he did not meet Qatar's Foreign Minister when he visited Kabul on Sunday. Baradar was not seen accompanying Afghanistan's acting Prime Minister Mullah Mohammad Hasan Akhund when he met with Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani.

"We weren't conscious that the Foreign Minister was coming from Qatar. Had we identified, we might have postponed our journey. And we had been on a visit, due to this fact, the assembly did not occur," Baradar said.
