Sreeleela was born in Detroit in 2001. She was raised in a household with deep Indian roots. Dance and stage The first years of her life, she spent in front of an audience, dancing. Her family subsequently relocated to Bangalore. This uprooted her closer to the Kannada film industry. That detour ended up factoring heavily in her acting career.

She became interested in dance as a child. Cultural shows contributed to her stage confidence. She was just as conscientious in her studies.

Sreeleela holds an MBBS degree. She studied at a college of medicine in Bangalore. Med school requires a lot of time and concentration. Not many take so direct a route. While developing her movie career, she finished medical school. That sets her apart from most young actors.

Sreeleela started her acting career as a child actor in 2017 through Chitrangada. This early part provided her with on set experience. She rose to fame with the 2019 Kannada film Kiss. The movie was a success and helped her to build her fan base.

She made her Telugu debut in 2021 through Pelli SandaD. The film received positive response. She really popped off the screen in her dance skills and just that whole effervescent personality.

She played in Guntur Kaaram with Mahesh Babu which released in 2024. The film was helmed by Trivikram Srinivas. The project brought major attention. Her big-banner film only reinforced her position in the Telugu camp.

She does not smoke. She does not drink alcohol. She’s an often talking dog lover, and she actually has pets.
