SATS unveils contactless dining experience

SATS has launched a contactless eating idea for the Singapore Normal Hospital to showcase the corporate’s culinary experience and digital capabilities amidst the slowdown within the restoration of the aviation business.

Diners can now style SATS’ signature dishes even when they aren't travelling.

The contactless operation entails 4 kitchen stations—the new kitchen, regeneration station, meeting station, and packing station—manned by simply 5 kitchen employees.

Diners can pre-order fashionable dishes by way of a cell web site earlier than heading down to gather them or place orders by way of digital kiosks on the SGH Housemen’s Canteen. All orders can be “served” to diners by way of meals lockers that they entry after receiving an SMS notification.

“Our culinary expertise, tiered kitchen capabilities, and data analytics enable a ‘live’ menu that is easily tailored to suit different palates at a moment’s notice. Diners will be spoilt for choice with everything at their fingertips,” SATS meals options CEO Kerry Mok mentioned.
