Actor Sam Rechner has been roped in to play a key role in veteran filmmaker Steven Spielberg’s yet-untitled semi-autobiographical movie. According to Variety, the Australian actor joins the ensemble solid that features Oscar-nominee Michelle Williams, Seth Rogen, Paul Dano, Julia Butters and Gabriel LaBelle.

The movie is alleged to be loosely primarily based on Spielberg’s childhood rising up in Arizona. The filmmaker co-wrote the script with Tony Kushner, who has beforehand labored with him on motion pictures similar to Munich and Lincoln.
