Born on September 9, 1974, in Himachal Pradesh’s Palampur, Captain Batra obtained his main schooling from his mom after which went to DAV public faculty. In school, he joined the Nationwide cadet corps after which began his journey to serve the nation. At a younger age of 24, Batra misplaced his life within the battle of Kargil Conflict in opposition to Pakistan.
