rrDelhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on May 10 said that the national capital is preparing for the third wave of Covid-19 and the infrastructures are being scaled up to deal with 30,000 daily cases. The CM’s statement during a visit to the makeshift Covid-19 care center near the GTB hospital came on the day the test positivity rate in the national capital dipped below 20% for the first time since April 14 as more indications emerged of the Capital having been able to arrest to some degree the current wave of the coronavirus outbreak.rr
