In a letter written to the District Magistrate of Haridwar, Dr. Nishank said that 20 BIPAP machines, 200 Type D oxygen cylinders, 2 I-STAT ABGs, in two of the four centers – Baba Barfani and Base Hospital – with immediate effect from my MP fund. 50 I-STAT ABG 100 Cartridge, 2 Sharp Blaster, 100 BIPAP Mask and an Oxygen Plant should be installed.

Significantly, in view of the increasing cases of corona, the Union Health Ministry and the ICMR have identified four government DCHCs – Baba Barfani, Base Hospital, Mela Hospital and Civil Hospital Rudki – in Haridwar.
