Kannada actor Puneeth Rajkumar to be laid to rest beside his father's grave in Bengaluru

Kannada movie actor Puneeth Rajkumar's mortal stays will be put to rest beside the grave of his father, the legendary actor of Kannada cinema Dr Rajkumar in Bengaluru. The order was issued in this regard by senior IAS officer N. Manjunath Prasad, Principle Secretary to the Chief Minister on Friday (October 29). Puneeth Rajkumar's final rites will be held on Saturday after the return of his elder daughter Vanditha from the US. His mortal stays had been taken to his residence from the hospital.

Puneeth Rajkumar handed away after struggling cardiac arrest. Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai has directed to provoke obligatory steps to conduct closing rites of the actor in the premises of Sri Kanteerava studio close to the grave of Dr Rajkumar in Bengaluru, the order said.

Puneeth Rajkumar's mom Parvathamma can be laid to rest in the identical premises. The choice has been taken as per the desires of his household. Civic company of Bengaluru and the Police division have been requested to make obligatory preparations.
