250g butter (奶油)
170g (3/4 cup) caster sugar (细砂糖)
4 large eggs(鸡蛋)
250g (2 cups) plain flour (普通面粉)
1 tsp baking powder (发粉)
1/2 tsp salt (盐)
120ml Yogurt(优格)

2 red apples , peeled cut into slices, soaked in salt water for 5 minutes and drained
(2 粒红苹果,去皮,切片,泡在盐水中5分钟,沥干)
Some raisins (适量葡萄干)
1 tbsp brown sugar (黄砂糖)
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder (肉桂粉)

Bake at 180°C for 80 minutes
