Hollywood actor Will Smith obtained candid in May when he made a submit on social media about his ‘dad bod’, saying he was within the worst form of his life.

The six-part health docuseries with YouTube is titled ‘Best Shape of My Life’ and can premiere subsequent 12 months. It will see Smith “challenging himself to improve every aspect of his fitness, from agility to power to recovery and more, teaming up with guests including pro athletes, scientists and experts, and top YouTube creators,” in accordance to a press release.
