The Water Man Review: Some rigidity, however little or no precise pleasure. Feels just like the script was written by an AI who was made to learn a bunch of thriller and family-friendly film scripts then write its personal with out being informed the distinction between the 2 genres. The climax and determination are disappointing and complicated.
