SINGAPORE: A taxi driver was taken to hospital after an accident in Toa Payoh late Friday (Nov 26) evening.Images despatched to CNA present a Trans-Cab taxi mendacity on its facet in a drain. An SBS Transit bus may also be seen close to the taxi.The Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) stated it was alerted at about 11.15pm on Friday to an accident on the junction of Lorong 6 Toa Payoh and Toa Payoh East.The police, which have been alerted to the accident on the identical time, stated that the accident concerned a taxi and a bus.The 70-year-old taxi driver was aware when taken to Tan Tock Seng Hospital, the police stated, including that investigations are ongoing.
