Suresh Raina will teach youngsters cricket tips on this app

Veteran batsman Suresh Raina, who retired from international cricket, Indian fast bowler Bhuvneshwar Kumar and leg-spinner Yuzvendra Chahal are coming in as mentors from the FRONT ROW app and through this he is teaching cricketing skills to young players.

The Front Row app has been prepared by Ishan Preet Singh of IIT Delhi and cricket, comedy and singing are being taught to the people through this app. He said that to teach cricket, legendary players like Raina, Bhuvneshwar kumar and Chahal have been associated with this app. There is a course for young players joining this app which consists of 20 to 25 recorded sessions.

Young players can learn the nuances of cricket through this app. He told that this app has connected users from 700 cities of the country who want to improve their skills. The course in this app is in Hindi and most of its users are from North and West India. Ishaan said that Raina teaches the nuances of batting, Bhuvi bowling and Chahal leg spin. After cricket, his step will be to bring badminton as it is a popular sport in the country and India has good prospects in it. The age of people joining this app ranges from 15 to 35 years.

Will not let the dedication and enthusiasm for the country fall: Raina

In the presence of BCCI secretary Jay Shah and vice-president Rajiv Shukla, former all-rounder Suresh Raina of the Indian team, who has quit international cricket, said that his enthusiasm and dedication for the country and Uttar Pradesh will remain intact in the future.

After the honors ceremony organized by UPCA at the Atal Bihari Vajpayee Ekana International Stadium, Raina said, “I am overwhelmed with the honors from UPCA. I thank Jai Shah and Rajiv Shukla for this. I hope that in the future also my enthusiasm and dedication for my state and country will not decrease. ” Raina had represented the Uttar Pradesh team for the recently concluded Syed Mushtaq T20 Trophy.

Earlier, UPCA honored its former, international and junior cricketers at the Atal Bihari Vajpayee Stadium as well as women players by giving them cash prizes and souvenirs. The chief guest of this grand event was Jai Shah, Secretary of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) and Chairman of the Asian Cricket Council, while BCCI Vice President Rajiv Shukla was present as the special guest.

Before the start of the ceremony, Jai Shah along with Rajiv Shukla and UPCA secretaries Yudhveer Singh and Uday Sinha inspected the grounds of Ekana Stadium and especially the dressing room. Jai Shah was also impressed by the grandeur of the stadium. He also got information about whether the batsman from the dressing room will be able to reach the wicket in two minutes according to the rules. He also gave some suggestions from his side.

The UPCA secretary, while referring to the work done by Jai Shah at BCCI, urged him to allot future and IPL matches to UPCA in future. International players Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Suresh Raina and left-arm fast bowler Rudra Pratap Singh were honored by Jai Shah by wearing mementoes and patties at the ceremony.

Subsequently, Gopal Sharma, Shashikant Khandekar, Gyanendra Pandey, Neetu David and Rita Dey were honored among the former players. UPCA presented a cash prize of twenty lakh rupees to the Cooch Behar Trophy winning team of 2018-19. Apart from this, the winning team of Under-19 Veenu Mankad Trophy was also given a cash prize of Rs one lakh and the winning team of 18-19 women T-20 was also given a cash prize of Rs.

In the same sequence, among the young players, the under-19 World Cup team captain Priyam Garg, Rinku Singh, Akshdeep Nath as well as the players who excelled in junior cricket were also honored with a memento. Chief Minister of State Mohsin Raza, Uttar Pradesh Sports Directorate RP Singh, senior IAS Navneet Sehgal, UPCA COO Deepak Sharma, Rakesh Mishra, Manoj Pundir, all senior and junior selectors of UPCA were present during the program.
