Prestigious grant programme announces five 2021 recipients from Zayed University

Abu Dhabi: 5 completed Zayed College graduates will obtain Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Larger Training Grant this yr with a view to proceed their research at prime universities.

The Emirates Basis, which administers the grant, introduced the names of the grant recipients on Wednesday.

This year’s grant recipients are outstanding Emirati students and we are looking forward to helping them fulfil their academic goals at the highest level,” stated Ahmed Taleb Al Shamsi, chief government officer on the Emirates Basis.

Among the many recipients is Maryam Al Memari, who is about to pursue a Grasp of Science in Environmental Sciences and Coverage from Johns Hopkins College. Maryam Omar Bin Haider will pursue a Grasp of Science in Public Well being (Psychological Well being) from King’s Faculty London, whereas Alya Sultan Alghfeli will work in the direction of a Masters in Furnishings Design from the Polytechnic College of Milan. Over the course of a decade, the beneficiant grant programme has enabled 78 Zayed College graduates to proceed their graduate research. Amongst them, 58 have earned Grasp’s levels, and 15 have accomplished their doctorate schooling.
