Meghasri (Meghashree) is a popular actress featured in south Indian films and serials. She is the granddaughter of C Honnappa Bhagavathar, a director, producer, actor, lyricist, and composer. Her father also worked in movies, TV serials, and theatres. She made an acting debut in the 2006 Kannada movie Hubli. In 2016, she did a key role in the movie Last Bus directed by SD Arvinda followed by March 22 movie and Dasharatha. Meghasri did a lead role in the fantasy serial Jothi (Tamil), Jyothi (Telugu).
