Actor Mads Mikkelsen has come on board to star alongside Hollywood veteran Harrison Ford and Fleabag creator Phoebe Waller-Bridge within the upcoming fifth installment within the Indiana Jones franchise.
James Mangold is taking on the directing duties from Steven Spielberg, who helmed the primary 4 Indiana Jones films. Spielberg will function a producer on the challenge with Kathleen Kennedy, Frank Marshall and Simon Emanuel.

The film will mark Ford’s return to the position of legendary professor of archaeology for the fifth time.

The display icon first performed the half in Spielberg-directed Raiders of the Misplaced Ark in 1981. He reprised his position in three extra films: Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom in 1984, Indiana Jones and the Final Campaign in 1989, and Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Cranium in 2008.
Plot particulars for Indiana Jones 5 haven’t been revealed but and it’s unclear what character Mikkelsen shall be taking part in within the film.

Veteran music composer John Williams, who labored on all of the earlier movies within the franchise, shall be scoring the music for the brand new film as effectively.
