Punjabi influencer Karmita Kaur followed suit after her MMS file was leaked online a few days back, soon after the Kulhad Pizza Couple, Jalandhar's Gurpreet Kaur and Sehaj Arora, fell into the social media quagmire over their leak. As the victims in both cases refused involvement in the videos and called the clips fraudulent, the ongoing controversy quickly swept social media and raised many questions about cyber privacy.

For those unaware, a private MMS video of Punjabi influence leaked on social media a few days ago. Although the woman was quick to deny her involvement in the matter and also filed a complaint over the incident, netizens pointed out that the woman in the questionable clip looked a lot ‘similar’ to Kaur. The private video instantly became viral and started making rounds online, much like the Kulhad Pizza Couple case. The only difference was that Sehaj Arora shared quite a few clips of himself urging people to stop sharing the video. He claimed it was AI-generated. The Kulhad Pizza duo also has a clear culprit, who was later arrested. However, Kaur has made no accusations so far.

Karmita, a Punjabi influencer, with a massive Instagram following, was born in 2004, according to the internet. The 19-year-old content creator quickly gained popularity among netizens as she gained fans over her engaging videos and dancing skills. Her social media journey to fame began in February 2021. With time, the woman also collaborated with many leading names and brands, further widening her goodwill.

Karmita called the matter fake news. She also urged her fans not to listen to such fake news and stop sharing the video.
