Houston news: 15-year-old Diamond Alvarez shot and killed while she walked her dog on southwest side


HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) — A teen woman was shot and killed while out strolling her dog in her southwest Houston neighborhood, police say. Her household instructed ABC13 the sufferer is 15-year-old Diamond Alvarez, who was a sophomore pupil at Madison High School.It occurred at about 9:30 p.m. Tuesday at 15400 Park Manor close to Markwood Lane.
