“Oh, yeah, I’ll be there. My album will be out by then,” the famous person rapper mentioned.
Certified Lover Boy, Drake’s sixth album, was initially scheduled for launch in January. That month, he took to his Instagram Stories to announce that the album can be postponed to a later date.
“I was planning to release my album this month but between surgery and rehab my energy has been dedicated to recovery,” he wrote. “I’m blessed to be back on my feet and feeling great and focused on the album, but CLB won’t be dropping in January.”
In early March, Drake — who was named Artist of the Decade on the 2021 Billboard Music Awards — held followers over by releasing the three-song Scary Hours 2 mission, that includes visitor appearances by Lil Baby and Rick Ross.
