A hearth broke out at the Bhalswa landfill web site in north Delhi on Tuesday. Efforts are on to douse the fireplace which has been raging for over 15 hours, officers stated on Wednesday. Locals who dwell close to the Bhalaswa dump yard have been reporting breathing issues.(HT Photo/Sanchit Khanna)

"We received a call at around 5.47 pm. Initially, there was only smoke but later due to wind fire erupted. 12 fire tenders are present at the spot.
